Q: What are our front desk hours of operation?
A: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm

Q: Seasons of operation??
A: We do not operate in late June through the second week of July due to bad ice conditions.

Q: Can I call the night before I arrive for one of your services?
A: It is very important to book well in advance to guarantee space availability. Thirty day advance booking is recommended.

Q: When do I make a payment?
A: A fifty per cent deposit 30 days in advance is expected with the balance paid prior to departure.

Q: Cancellation??
A: A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for trips cancelled 30 days or less, prior departure date and $100.00 administration fee.

Q: Late arrival or missed flight
A: Qairrulik Outfitting is in no way resonsible for any extra charges due to flight change; sickness, accident, or any uncontrollable situation that may arise. We also reserve the right to change in part or in full any of the trips due to these situations. We recommend flight insurance.

Q: How will I know what to bring?
A: On receipt of your deposit we will forward your itinerary and a list of things you should bring.
